How It Works

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using U.S based carriers. Delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Our Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

As a small business, shipping is expensive - we do not get postage deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Therefore, to reduce the chance that a product is not right for you and will require refund or exchange, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions!
